Multi family value add
In July 2017 we acquired 50 units in an existing multi family building with additional developable land approval for a further 35 units in Winter Haven, Florida. We immediately implemented a value added unit renovation program as well as common area upgrades. These improvements all resulted in rental increases of up to 100% of the previously charged rent and additional tenant charges including amenities and utilities. We increased the density of developable land by more than 5 times from 35 units to 185 units creating additional developable potential and significant value.
