Our primary focus is residential real estate, thanks to our deep and extensive knowledge of the local housing market – where we have been operating for the past 10 years. Gal Oron
Gal is the founder and CEO of Go Property Management LLC and oversees the entire operation of the company. He obtained his business degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Miami School of Business and is a licensed realtor in the State of Florida.
Gal has over 15 years experience in the real estate field and has a sharp eye for investment opportunities. With over thousands of completed transactions including acquisitions, developments, rentals and proprietary deal sourcing he focuses on off-market and limited marketing investment situations. He takes pride in his satisfied and repeat clients.
Gal has built up a network of global contacts and understands that the market is dynamic. He has the experience to adjust to current trends and the economic cycle to ensure consistent growth for his investors.
YOUR PROFESSIONALS
Yael Weiss
Yael was raised as a first generation child in Israel born to Anglo-Saxon parents. Yael has a background of assisting investors and entrepreneurs with project development, fund raising for projects in Israel and internationally, creating local and international partnerships and generating impact investments.
After receiving her BA in Government Diplomacy and Strategy and MA in Public Policy Administration, Yael worked for five years as a team leader and security supervisor at the Israel Airports Authority, while liaising with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Population and Immigration Authority and the Israeli Tax Authority. Her expertise lies in project management and development and account management.
Michal Selouk
Michal has been active in real estate investing in Florida since 2013 and has vast experience fundraising on behalf of both Israeli and American investors, while also having a keen eye to locate below-market deals.
Michal’s diverse past includes managing a family-run business in consulting and planning security systems, and she graduated with a BA in Design from Bezalel academy of art and design in Jerusalem, where she currently resides with her husband and three children.
Mika Nutman
Mika is a Licensed Real Estate Associate with a B.A. in Behavioral Science and Business Management from Drew University. She is Israeli and fluent in English and Hebrew.
She moved to Florida in 2014 and has an extensive knowledge of the area and has successfully built a large network of investors and contacts.
With her many years of experience she understands the market and can be relied upon to spot a good deal.
Jesse Salman
Jesse Salman is a third generation to a family of real estate developers and construction group. Over the years, Mr. Salman has been involved in ground-up projects of single family homes, multi-family buildings and commercial spaces. Jesse is highly experienced in insurance damage analyses, estimating and boasts the understanding of reconstruction and restoring properties. Mr. Salman is an effective project manager that can transform your vision to reality while maintaining the highest quality workmanship.
